Other duties may be assigned.1. Conducting regular staff meetings monitoring the efforts made byall staff to achieve enrollment goals.2. Use data and technology to target recruitment efforts.3. Model and expect outstanding customer service to all prospectivestudents and families.4. Evaluate Undergraduate Admissions staff following Universitypolicy.5. Collaborate with the Dean of Admissions in establishingenrollment goals.6. Work closely with the Dean of Admissions in preparing annualbudget.7. Approve all time cards for professional staff.8. Oversee the travel planning for Undergraduate AdmissionsCounselors.9. Monitor the implementation of new programs introduced toUndergraduate Admissions that will enhance productivity andcustomer contact.10. Maintain knowledge of effective marketing strategies that applyto undergraduate admissions.11. Attend workshops and training that will keep the office currenton trends in admissions.12. Travel as needed to reach goals which could include holidaysand/or weekends.13. Evaluate files as needed.14. Valid CA driver’s license and reliable transportationrequired.
